How much expressed BM should a 3 week old be getting? I have to leave my LO for 3ish hours and have no idea how much to leave her! She will take a bottle but only has had one when she’s extra fussy and sleepy and will only drink an ounce

At that age my daughter was drinking around 2 ounces every 2-3 hours. 
A good general rule for breastmilk is 1 ounce per hour. 
Be sure whoever is feeding her will pace feed to protect your breastfeeding relationship.

It’s been a while, but my doctor gave me a chart.  I believe it was 20 oz per day at that age, so if you’re feeding 7 times a day it would be about 3 oz that you would need for a bottle.

I heard it's 1-1.5 oz breastmilk per hour no matter what age
