Umbilical cord
So my baby girl's umbilical cord fell off today at 6 days old. Is this normal and is there anything I should look out for as far as healing goes? I thought they had told me it usually takes two weeks or so. She just spent two full days in NICU getting phototherapy so maybe all that exposure to the open air caused it to dry out quicker. I'm sure it's fine but just wanted to see if there's anything I need to look out for as it heals!
