Help?

So for the past few weeks I randomly get a pain that shoots from my right shoulder down. The past day all the way down to my wrist. It’s excruciating and I haven’t been able to sleep for two days now over it and nothing OtC is helping. Unfortunately I havent been able to get regular checkups and I’m worried it could be something to be concerned with. Being the holiday weekend I won’t be able to see my doctor and I’m not sure what to do!
