Red lump on episiotomy

Nearly 4 weeks ago I had a ventouse delivery, all healed well apart from a little hole at the top of the stitches that had come away too soon, I was told this would heal naturally. However, it’s started stinging when I wee so I had a look and have a red lump in the hole 😬 is there anything I can do for this? And should I be worried?
