Sick while ovulating

I got a positive opk on CD 18, and that night I felt the egg burst through the follicle (mittleschmerz). The next morning, I woke up feeling horrible. I caught my son's cold. My temp shot up high but no "fever". This morning it was 99.2...much higher than my normal resting bbt...my question is, will this affect my ovulation? I still BD through the sickness so I'm hoping it won't matter. Here's my chart.​
