Miserable

I’m having diarrhea and I’m stopped up it alternates. I can’t eat or drink without it going through me. and my milk supply is dropping. I have to go have my sciatica straightened out because it’s still pinched from pregnancy. Smh... I didn’t have a choice it was an emergency c section we were both dying. Today is a little better, I’ve drank a couple bottles of water. And a granola bar, and managed a few bites of Mac and cheese. Getting in the shower again to relieve my pain and it helps my tummy feel better.

Can I take diarrhea medicine when breastfeeding?
