Anyone else paranoid

My history involves an ectopic and a miscarriage, the miscarriage was really early on. Right now I’m 8 weeks and we saw a heart beat about a week ago. I go back on the 14th and I’m just terrified something will be wrong. Mind you, It’s been a smooth ride so far.

All signs point to a healthy pregnancy but I read all the time of people who go to their ultrasound later on and learn they had a missed miscarriage. I guess I’m scared because a lot of people know I’m pregnant. Close family, a few friends and my co workers. I know I can’t be the only one 😭
