Failed semen collection

My husband and I had IUI scheduled for today. We drove 2.5 hours to the hospital that would perform it. When we got there we were ushered into a dirty bathroom next to a noisy hallway. We constantly heard loud men and at least 3 children crying. The door handle was tried at least 4 times and one person even knocked and asked if we would be much longer. It goes without saying that my husband was not able to provide a sample after trying for over an hour. I am devistated, and a little angry. My husband feels incredibly guilty.

How do I get through this? How do I help him? What can I do differently next time?
