Hfm-( hand,foot,mouth)

I've been going crazy.

My little guy was in contact with someone that has hand foot mouth disease 6 days ago. At the time neither me or my friend had seen any symptoms or anything on her daughter while she was over my house last Tuesday. My friend noticed bumps after they were home we we're hoping it was a heat rash starting cause it was hot out that day. But it wasn't. 😞 Now a few days pass by after their visit and I sat here and waited to see any symptoms of any kind. It started on Friday. I went out food shopping and left my son home with his dad, for some reason I had a gut feeling that day was gonna be the day of anything popping up. Well truth be told while I was at the store I get sent a video of my son falling asleep in the chair which he never falls asleep randomly besides the carseat. My SO puts him down for a nap and I come home and we deal with the groceries. I wanted to lay down because I had a headache. As soon as I lay down our son wakes up and usually he will grab him and still let me sleep but he came in saying that he's not feeling well he's burning up. I grabbed the thermometer and he had a temp of 101.9 so gave him meds and cuddled him on the couch. The fever lasted till sometime in the middle of the night. That night he slept great a whole 12 hours. But by sat morning all the bumps started popping up mostly on his face. And his throat is sore could barley drink or eat. He's having a little trouble staying asleep. I can't wait till he feels better. It's now Monday and I'm hoping things get easier soon. He still has a hard time eating. I've been giving him everything cold like ice cream and jello and applesauce giving him Tylenol and Motrin. I was also sick with a sinus cold for a few days just now getting better. I just want him to get better and have everything back to normal.

Will be cleaning and sanitizing this house pretty soon. I won't let anyone over till he's all better and I don't want to bring him out till he's all better. Definitely don't want to spread it.
