Worried!!
Okay so it took a few days for my milk to come in and my boobs got really engorged because i am not breastfeeding. It went down and milk production is really low now and my boobs dont leak or anything, theyre totally not full. Now that the swelling has gone down i noticed a lump in one of my boobs. Its probably a little smaller than a quarter but bigger than a nickel. Has this ever happened to anyone else?
