Brown spotting at 7W 4days

Might be tmi but wondering if this has happened to anyone else. Since 7 weeks I had a few episodes of very light brown spotting on my TP after wiping. Last night I had brown blood in some mucus after wiping. My doctor is closed for the Labor Day holiday and I’m really freaked out!! No cramping. I still have my slight pregnancy symptoms which I’ve had over the past few weeks. Could it be a sign of a miscarriage starting or maybe it’s nothing at all? My first scan appointment is for this Friday.. I don’t know if I can wait! What would you do?
