Extremely confused...

So my husband asked me to delete this app 2 weeks ago, I downloaded a simple period tracker- entered the dates of my last period & that now says I’m 3 days late. I’ve taken, I kid you not, like 6 pregnancy tests. I downloaded this app again to make sure everything was correct. Turns out my period is in 2 days, but I’ve been throwing up since Tuesday over the slightest things, which I never do.... so now I feel like I got my hopes up & had to give it a couple days before I got a positive test. But really I think I just let myself get built up to be down. I feel like I did this to myself by deleting the app in the first place.
