Lump behind ear is scaring me

A few days ago i noticed a lump behind my ear on the bottom of the bone. A first I thought it was a pimple but it’s below the skin and idek what it is. It doesn’t hurt but it’s kinda hard and I’m honestly afraid it’s cancer but idk what type it would be. I know I should maybe get it checked out but I just moved away to college and it will be alittle while before I go home and idk wheither to ignore it or take it really seriously. There’s no cancer in my family and idek what type it would be.

I don’t know what to do. I feel normal most of the time. Sometimes I get headaches but they are short and nothing else bothers me and most of the time my headaches are from anxiety so. Please tell me I don’t have cancer.
