That looks like a for sure positive. Maybe test again after your “period” but it could be bleeding from something else and just seems like a period.

I got a false positive two days in a row while spotting once, I had blood work done the first day and my hcg was >1 but still got a positive the next day. Sometimes, it’s rare, blood in your urine can cause a false positive. I’m sure I’ll get jumped on for being “negative” but that was my experience when testing during my period. Wait until after you stop bleeding and test again, or call your doctor for a blood test. Wish you the best ❤️
