HELP! Post pill acne
4 months off of the pill and my face looks terrible ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ any suggestions?! I've read no dairy and no sugar. Currently taking a prenatal but looking to switch to one that has DHA included in it. Does this acne get worse before it gets better?! PLEASE HELP! TIA
