Question

Hi ladies,

I recently been diagnosed with MTHFR after a MC in March and now trying for my rainbow baby but after seeing few doctors in UK I was surprised to find out that most of them dont know much about this or they prescribe me folic acid which is a NO NO...

My question is the suplements below are suffienct to take I have both mthfr compound heterozygous 😞😞

I really dont want to go through this again can you recommend anything else that I can take before trying for the baby?
