Possible miscarriage

Hey all, my sister found out she was pregnant last week and was over the moon, she had been trying for awhile so naturally she was thrilled. She had some unusual/heavy bleeding and now believes she had a miscarriage. She finds out tomorrow if she has definitely had a miscarriage but if you wouldn’t mind sending some good thoughts/prayers her way. She’s been wanting a baby for so long and thought it was finally time for her. Thank you 💙
