Spit on face

My husband has spit on my face twice and the second time he got it right back I felt so disgusted and humiliated and I’m pregnant when I try to address the issue he acts like he’s the victims saying but you did it to yeah fucker after you did it the first time after he sexually enforced himself on me while I kept saying no quote we were having an argument and just wanted my space then he says it was not rape but I kept saying no !!! I tried getting up and he kept pushing me down and I went num and dead at one point
