Alcohol and breastfeeding
Okay so I havnt drank since becoming preggers let's make that clear. I only drink occasionally when I'm not pregnant. And I have never smoked.. Anyway
During breastfeeding is it okay to drink alcohol or would that somehow get into your breast milk?? Like would that endanger the baby. Obviously I wouldnt be drinking around the baby. It would have to be a special occasion where grandma is babysitting while daddy and I go out. But would the alcohol linger in my system like that?
