Flying while pregnant?

Hey all! I’ll be 30 weeks in October when I have to fly on a short flight for a business trip. I have been already approved to fly at that stage and am excited for the trip, however, I just have a few anxieties about flying while that far along. Has anyone else flown this far along? I just wanna hear some reassurance from others to chill out my anxiety 😅

I flew at 32 weeks. I asked to preboard (we flew Southwest) so I could get a seat near the restroom. I recommend taking a dry reusable water bottle and filling it after security. You want to be hydrated to minimize swelling. I didn’t swell until we were on our way back, but I’d been on my feet all day the day before at my brother’s wedding. I also opted out of the body scanner at security and got a pat down instead. My doctor said the scanner is technically safe, but I could choose to opt out of it for peace of mind. It just took longer to get through security obviously. Oh and pack snacks. 😊

I haven't done it myself, but my dr told me it's safe to travel up until the last month since I haven't had an complications besides morning sickness.
