Small baby and limited movements

I've got 7 weeks left but due to being diabetic this time I get induced in 5 week I'm having a real hard time though as baby measuring small and she hardly ever moves. I had a scan yesterday and every thing was fine apart from the fact she did not move. I just don't feel like it's normal for baby not to move that much at this stage. I've also tried everything and still no movements...going to go hospital again tomorrow as I just feel something is wrong
