Diet control
For all my nursing mamas who eat healthy (or have a decent diet) how do you not cave into your nursing cravings? I swear I eat more now that I’m nursing than when I was pregnant. And unfortunately it’s mainly unhealthy options. Just stuffed my face with some pizza a min ago🤦🏼♀️ & now I feel horrible like always. I WANT to crave more healthy options but my will power sucks! I need to change my mind set, I know. But I’m curious as to how other mamas do it! I want to be healthier and feel better about myself. I complain that I’m still holding onto 10 lbs 5 months PP but I’m the reason why I cannot lose anymore. I’m naturally a small person. 5’0 100 lbs. now I’m 110 BUT you can see that extra 10 on me. And it’s not about the weight it’s more about me wanting to be healthier for myself. Thanks!!
