My little guy is 9 weeks old and we just found out that he potentially has a tongue and lip tie. Hes struggled terribly with reflux and unlatches often during feedings. at times he seems to be choking on spit up amd milk and itnis so scary. we're going to an ENT Friday to have him checked out. this ENT only uses scissors, not laser and it has me uneasy. Have any of you had similar experiences in terms of a link between reflux/colic and ties? also what are your experiences of having it cut rather than laser? thanks!
