Boil near vaginal area?

I was in the shower and noticed a bump in the crease of my leg in my public area. I messed with it (shouldn't have) and it became larger and irritated immediately and seemed as if it had a yellow head, much like a pimple. After I got out of the shower, I examined further and picked at it until it bled. I cleaned it with hydrogen peroxide and added antibiotic cream. I then googled it and found out that it is probably a clogged gland that was caused by me not showing immediately after working out or this new brand of pads I'm using (I'm sensitive). What should I do?
