I need to rant about my holiday pay!

Basically last week I took a weeks holiday because where I work all managers HAVE to take 5 weeks holiday.

Right so I’ve taken holiday looked at my payslip today and they’ve only paid me £45 for a WEEK worth of holiday..however when I took a week off in April I got £465 for a weeks holiday?!

It’s because they way they do it is your anniversary of your start day all your holiday gets wiped and you start with 0 holiday again (which for me was 24th of June)

So I understand that I wouldn’t of got enough to take holiday but why tell managers they HAVE to have five weeks off for most of those I won’t even get paid?!

Would contacting payroll do anything? Any ideas because £45 is not going to get me far
