SHOULD I BE WORRIED??!!

Okay so my birthday was on July 30th and my boyfriend flew in on the 29th and got a hotel and things and that night (29th) we slept together but it was in the middle of having on and off periods (I’m on nexplanon ) that day my period was light but still there. After intercourse it stopped?? And everyday sense then I been having dark brown discharge and from time to time bright red blood and some times nothin at all? I’m just wondering should I worry?? Am I just over exaggerating??
