Medication post c section?

I had my second C-section last year and after delivery in recovery they gave me a couple injections of medication. I didn't realize it at the time but I think I'm allergic to it it makes me feel like bugs are crawling all over me. I believe it started with a t but I can't be sure. Anyone else have any similar reactions or happen to know the name of the medication?

Toradol? It’s an NSAID and can be given IM or IV. Morphine is also a very common medication that makes patients feel that way.

I had this the first time and it was the morphine.. so I asked if they could give me something else on my second c section and no itch

I was itchy for 2-3 days after my c section my nurses told me it was from the spinal block even though I had feeling back within a few hours they said it’s still in the system 🤷‍♀️

Same thing happened to me. I told the nurses and they just gave me some Benadryl and flushed it out of my system. I was all better after that.

Tramadol? Yeah it’s normal to feel like stuff in your skin crawling or itchy. I felt super itchy after they gave me percs for my c section
