Problems TTC after D&C

So, I had my son 12/1/17 and I found out I was pregnant again in February. Needless to say we were happy, excited, and scared all at the same time. I went in for an initial ultrasound. Everything looked good. So I went in again at 8 weeks and found out I was having twins! That right there floored me I was so happy and blessed to be pregnant with twins! But whenever I went they didn’t see a heartbeat just yet and they said to come back in two weeks for another. Went in two weeks later to an empty sac. I was completely devastated. My whole world came crashing down in front of two ladies I didn’t even know.

So we ended up scheduling a d&c that next Friday which was 4/13/18. They said that they stopped developing around 6-8 weeks.

It’s been 5 months since then and we’ve been ttc but haven’t been successful.

I was wondering if any one else had a hard time ttc after a d&c? I’m wondering if I had endured any scarring from the surgery or if something is wrong? If anyone else if going through the same thing I am please let me know I’m not alone in this.
