Help Me!!!!

My period was suppose to start 9/5/18 I've been spotting and cramping since 8/30/18 I never spot before my cycle so to be spotting still and it's now 9/7 Is not normal for me. The morning of the 5th and 6th I had a small amount of blod on a panty liner and then nothing for the rest of day except occasional cramps and dicharge when I wiped that would either be brown or really light pink to barely nothing!!!! Took a off brand blue dye test last night 9/6 and I couldn't tell if it was faint positive or If I was having line eyes😣😣😣😣😣😣 Could I have ovulated later and this is implantation spotting????? Somebody help me out
