If you think it’s not normal go to the doctor. If your uncomfortable go to the doctor. Don’t listen to anyone else. I made the mistake of even listening to the doctor that Jt was normal first trimester bleeding and 2 days later the baby was gone. Go to the doctor if you have concerns.

A ton of cm, totally normal. Early pregnancy spotting also normal. Happened to me for a straight month between about 4-8 weeks pregnant after my bowel movements. If it becomes accompanied by cramping, heavy cramping, severe limb pains, see a doctor.
