Ultrasound help?

So I know you usually leave this up to the u/s techs but when I went into my 14 week ultrasound I wasn’t told anything that was going on as she was doing the ultrasound.

She took many pics and documented a lot and there was basically no talking and she didn’t say anything as she was moving the wand on my stomach.

So my questions is ladies: can anyone help me describe some of the features on my ultrasound? I can see the baby’s spine on the very bottom but why is there another very white line above it? I compare my ultrasound pics to many others on here and mine just looks a bit odd to me. And the double white outline above the top of the stomach just seems different to me as well. And the weird little space near the feet along with the “cushioning” looking area behind the baby’s head? I have an anterior placenta (as seen in the right top hand intruding my amniotic sac) and don’t exactly know what to make of some of my photos so just wondering if any other mommas out there that know about u/s pics could help clarify for me so I don’t start going crazy trying to make out what certain things are in my photos.
