Plan b bleeding means no pregnancy ?

So i took the emergency pill 5 days ago and today I got an intramenstrual bleeding.

Does this means that I’m not pregnant ?

Should I count this bleeding as my menstrual bleeding and start counting 28 days until my next cycle ? Or should I wait 15 more days to get my normal menstruation

I took the pill on my 10th cycle day

So today I was supposed to be on my most fertile day
