Distance

So has anyone else out there ever felt like you were miles away from your husband, boyfriend, lover or whatever you call them even you’re right next to them? So my husband has been super depressed lately. When he gets like this he shuts out the world. He only wants to sleep. And when he is awake he only yells at me. I hate when he’s like this and takes it out on me. I really like to find a way to help him through this. Any advice
