What should I do? Or what are your opinions

So I’ve been talking to this one guy for 4 months, or a little more. We both aren’t running into a relationship, but whatever happens happens. We’ve talked about sex and sent each other pictures. Which was my first time sending! I’m a really good girl and have a pretty good reputation. We knew eachother in high school but never really talked. I’m never really the crazy girl but if I see stuff and if my gut feeling is telling me to do something I will do it. Well I saw he was liking a lot of one of my friends pictures recently and I asked her if he’s been trying to slide in her dms or whatever. And she said yes but not really in like a y’all talk, he told her he’s not looking for a relationship or anything. And she just got out of a relationship with my cousin, so she wasn’t either. I basically told her what I found suspicious. Sooo talked to him about it and he feel really bad. But i feel so disrespected because I never sent no one pictures or even talked about sexual desires. So the fact he’s talking to other females really hurt my feelings. I know he’s trying to gain my trust back and all but I honestly feel like he’s done this before. PLUS we already talked about how this is just us and no “side people” should be “allowed” . So basically should I give him a second chance or should I just keep move on without him?
