Panic attacks
Recently started having panic attacks. I thought I had had them before, but back then they were always what I considered emotional. What started a week ago was actual full blown panic attacks where I feel like I’m going to DIE. I’ve been to the doc and made sure I’m not actually dying. I’m pretty mentally tough enough to talk myself through them, but if anyone else has a go to method they want to share that’d be great. (Aside from medication as I’m TTC). My panic attacks make my body feel like I’m going down the hill of an INSANE roller coaster and my brain thinks THIS IS IT WERE GOING TO DIE! So if anyone wants to share what works for them I’d greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
