Bleeding help!!

Since I've started birth control my periods became very irregular. I'd still have them every month but they were unpredictable at very diffrent times. This has caused me to have a couple pregnancy scares. I am 16 and am very busy so this was incredibly stressful being as I am a junior and very serious about medical school. They have started evening out but I just started volleyball with a very intense coach and I have had to double up on pills a couple times recently which caused two periods to come with only a week or so in between. This didn't worry me bc I figured it was the exercise and doubling pills so often. But me and my boyfriend had sex with no condom and it caused me to bleed. This happens because my family has shallow and tight vaginas and he is a pretty good size. I just got off my irregular period a week or two ago and we had sex a couple days ago. I am still bleeding very lightly but I need panty liners. I've never bled this much after our rough sex. I don't think I'm pregnant because we had sex only a couple days ago and he didn't cum inside of me just on me but it could be a possibility also because of precum.
