Is this cramping ovulation or post ovulation?!
I got my positive opk result 7:30am Saturday morning. Today (Sunday) I’ve been having quite painful cramps for the past few hours. Glow recalibrated earlier saying I ovulated yesterday after I logged the opk I took this afternoon which was negative. (It previously listed today as ovulation day). These cramps are pretty bad today. Is that a post-ovulation thing? Or a sign of ovulation happening now? Thanks, ladies!
