Urgent advice needed please read 😔

I’m really worried has anyone felt really poorly within a chemical pregnancy. I got a positive test a week ago 2 days ago I started bleeding really heavy and started to feel really unwell I had some tummy cramps but it was all mainly in my lower back. I’m bleeding heavy now with lots of clots. That doesn’t concern me and I’m more concerned about how poorly I feel. I’m so drained I can’t get out of bed.

Anyone felt this bad after a chemical pregnancy? Should I be concerned?
