Makeup tips

Hello all the beautiful ladies (and gentlemen if you can help) of Glow. I need some tips on makeup. I am very petite, including my eyelids which is my biggest struggle when it comes to makeup. I'm trying to get into it, starting with the basic looks and working my way up. I would love to hear from all you wonderful people if you have any tips, tricks, opinions, look suggestions, anything and everything to do with makeup. I have added two pictures, one with makeup on that my sister did, and one without makeup. Thank you in advance.
