Question

Do you combine left and right breast milk together for one feeding? 
Or..
Left breast milk for one feeding and right breast milk for another feeding?

Answer

They can definitely be mixed if it’s from the same pump session. But you want to mix them when they are freshly pumped. Your baby typically should be feeding off both breast during a feeding anyways. I used to pump more than my son would take so I would combine the two for whatever amount I needed and then save the rest for later. 
When I needed to combine two refrigerated bottles I would heat them up individually and then combine them to make sure all of the fat had dissolved from the sides of the bottles so he wasn’t missing out on anything.

Answer

Depends on how much I get from each side. They can be combined as long as they are the same temperature.
