Having trouble

I currently have like an L shaped nose piercing in and I’ve had it since I first got it pierced 5 months ago. I have tried to change it to a different shaped piercing but it refuses to go in. Does anyone know what’s the problem or how can I get it to go in?? Please help!

This is the one I currently have in. It’s L shaped.

These are the ones I’ve been trying to get to go in that won’t go in. I think they are called corkscrews or something like that. They are straight and then curved at the end.

The one I currently have in is significantly bigger than the one I want to put in so I don’t understand why it doesn’t go in.
