TTC over weight with suspected endometriosis

Hi beautiful ladies,

Myself and my parnter decided to try and concieve, i am over weight which i am tackling but im concerned about the suspected endometriosis as well, we have only tried for a month so far and no luck, i have seen on this app about preseed and fertile cm, has anyone else tried these? Or does anyone else have any other suggestions to help us along the way?
