Irregular periods.

It’s been a little over a year since I’ve been on this app to log or anything. Last February I had a miscarriage with my second child. I took the pills twice that didn’t work so I had to have a d&c to remove the rest of the tissue. But since then my periods have been like spotting for a couple days no more than that. Has anyone dealt with this? When I went back to the doctor to see if it was normal she didn’t seem to worry about it but it’s been well over a year. My husband & I are trying to have another baby & I really want to get to the point where I’m ovulating so I can have another baby.
