Oh the nightmares!!

Oh the nightmares!! Ive approached the day in this pregnancy where my last pregnancy went downhill. Two nights in a row now Ive had nightmares where I go to the washroom and find blood. They feel so real. I wake up in a panic and remember I havent even spotted once and havent had any cramps since the very beginning. My dr didnt order hcg levels to be tested with this pregnancy (he is a new dr of mine) and im so mad i just wanted to see where they were and if theyre better than last pregnancy’s at this far along.

I have an ultrasound on the 26th and an OB appt on the 28th. Trying to just be calm until then.
