First trimester symptoms / questions and concerns

Hi everyone, I’m relatively new to this site and trying to still figure it all out! I am pregnant for the first time so please excuse my questions if they seem silly and or stupid. I am 8 weeks pregnant , experiencing some mild cramping. I have gone to the doctor and was told this is perfectly normal. Just looking for more reassurance from those actually experiencing or have experienced this. Please any replies much appreciated! It’s in my low abdomen sort of in the ovary area. I do have a history of endometriosis , this baby is a miracle as My husband and I haven’t been able to get pregnant for 7 years. Finally it has happened! We are so excited !! But I’m nervous with the symptoms. Praying for a happy healthy pregnancy for all! 💗
