Can’t find heartbeat

So I went to the OB today. I’m 10w 6d They tried to find a heart beat with the Doppler and couldn’t find one. But I had an ultrasound at 7w 6d and they heard the heartbeat with a transvaginal ultrasound. Dr was asking me questions about me possibly having a tilted uterus which I dont know because I didn’t find out I was pregnant with my first until I was 12 weeks so I was able to hear his heart beat at the first appt which was at 14 weeks. He told me not to worry and made me an appt for 2 weeks to try again and then if we can’t hear it he will get me in for an ultrasound. I can’t help but still worry. We’re any of y’all not able to hear the heart beat at 10w and the baby was ok?
