sore boobs right around ovulation

Hey gals! I’ve had sore boobs since right before my ovulation date. I got my period last month and I take the pill daily at almost the same time. I’m just really worried because I do have sex regularly. Is having very sore boobs that early in the cycle just a normal thing? (First time that’s happened to me) or do I have something bigger to worry about? Just need some thoughts cause I am freaking out
