So I'm classified as high risk??

Went to my 28w appt today. I had the same ob as I did for my last pregnancy cause she is the first dr I have been truely comfortable with and really liked but she has switched to being just gyn so I met my new ob today. He just did the doppler didn't even measure fundal height😒. I asked for a copy of the thyroid labs they ran a couple weeks ago as I have to go back to the endocrinologist tomorrow morning and last time I went my dr office hadn't sent any of my records so I wanted them in hand this time but they refused and just said they'd fax them as I was leaving🤨. Im pretty sure they should have been faxed when they came back and I'm pretty sure I'll drive 3hrs tomorrow and they will have gotten nothing from my dr again🙄. He did say they came back fine but what they ran last time wasnt what the specialist wanted and so he ran his own which showed my antibodies are WAY high so I have a feeling they probably just ran the same thing they ran last time and not what the specialist requested but I'll just tell him to go ahead and run his own labs like he did last time. But anywho he said they came back as fine/normal but then asks if I've seen the high risk dr yet and I asked if he meant the endocrinologist and he said no the high risk dr and I said noo.... which my tone and face clearly conveyed that I had no clue what he was talking about😰 and he just said ok and left the room to write my order for the rogham. So I'm all confused cause I know I'm at an increased risk of preterm delivery due to my thyroid but didn't know I was actually classified as high risk😱 and am I suppose to be seeing another dr!?? Like I'd kind of like some actual answers not just dr popping in for 5 mins and leaving me all confused and kinda more scared than I already am😟. Hopefully the endocrinologist can clearafy a bit more just how much of a risk of preterm we are talking. Also had to do my glucose test and get my rogham today so it's been a crappy day. Now to sleep so I can get up nice and early and drive forever which is going to be uncomfy as shit 😁
