New mom going back to work....

Desiree • After trying for almost two years, I became a momma to a gorgeous baby girl July 2018💕

Ladies!! I had my gorgeous babe July 14 and I will be returning to work October 7. I am a RN who works night shift (7p-7a) three or four nights a week.

I am absolutely struggling to find the courage to leave my girl over night. I obviously trust my husband to care for her and she sleeps almost all night but I am having so much anxiety about it all. I am partially concerned that I might have postpartum depression and anxiety but I can’t tell if what I am feeling is normal.

I guess I am asking for tips, advice, anything to help me feel better about leaving her. I am one of the main provider in the house and absolutely have to return to work so I can’t go that route. What helped you and does it ever get easier?
