help a girl out

Okay so i had sex for the first time and then a few days later started my period, but i knew i was going too and that it was coming. My period was like all other ones and lasted the normal amount of time. Now it’s about 2 weeks later and I’m super itchy down there and my stomach is cramping weird, but i also have always had weird stomach cramps and i don’t know what to do. If i look anything up it just gives me the worst like i’m pregnant so i’m just freaked out. I just want to see what anyone has to say!!
